Frost Film: Privacy Without Blocking Light
The most requested film for bathrooms, offices, and front doors.

Frost film is the answer to a specific problem: you want privacy, but you do not want a dark room. It diffuses the view through the glass while letting daylight through almost unchanged.
The classic use is a bathroom window, a front door sidelight, or a ground floor window facing a walkway. In offices it is used on meeting room partitions and glass doors, often with a clear band left at eye level or a logo cut into it.
We offer it in translucent and, where the application calls for it, more transparent options. Translucent gives full obscurity — shapes and light only. The lighter options soften the view without erasing it, which works well for interior partitions where you still want a sense of openness.
It also does something people do not expect: it makes cheap or mismatched glass look intentional. An old bathroom window with a pebbled texture and a newer flat pane suddenly read as one consistent surface.
Installation is the same discipline as any other film. The glass has to be surgically clean, because with frost every speck of dust sits in a matte surface where it is highly visible. We only use high-quality film for this — the cheap frost on the market yellows and peels at the corners within a couple of years.
