Mirror Film for Homes and Offices

Mirror film has a reflective exterior surface. During the day, when it is brighter outside than in, it gives strong one-way privacy and a clean modern exterior look. It is also the most effective option we install for cutting heat on very large windows.
Where it shines is west-facing glass, sunrooms, condo walls of windows, storefronts, and offices with a full glazed façade. These are spaces where standard film helps but does not fully solve the problem, because the sheer area of glass is the issue.
There is one honest limitation, and we tell everyone about it: the effect reverses at night. When your interior lights are on and it is dark outside, the mirror effect flips and you are more visible, not less. For bedrooms and evening living spaces, blinds or a different film is the better answer.
The other consideration is the building itself. Condos and commercial properties often have rules about exterior appearance, and some sealed units have restrictions on high-reflectivity films. We check before we quote, not after.
Used in the right place, nothing else gives the same combination of temperature control, privacy, and a sharp exterior look.
